While two panelists asked insightful technical questions about cost modeling methodologies and project‐budget scenarios, one interviewer was dismissive from the outset—questioning my multiple two-year engagements and referring to my tenure at Nike in a condescending manner. His tone and unwillingness to acknowledge the strategic impact of my work overshadowed what should have been a collaborative discussion of fit and qualifications, ultimately leaving me hesitant to join an organization that would tolerate such unprofessionalism on its hiring team.
