Great tour of the boat yard and pleasant experience overall. Interview took place at an office about a mile from the yard. The tour process seemed a bit rushed as one member of our group could not enter the yard as he had the wrong badge and our guide had never given a tour before.

Interview
At a general hiring event, they paired me with different engineers hiring for their respective teams. The interviews were generally based on a review of my resume, and how I felt I would fit into their respective team. Your individual experience will vary based on the team you are placed to interview for, as well as whoever is interviewing you. One person asked me a bunch of brain teasers, another just generally asked about my opinions on certain tasks to gauge if I would enjoy working in their team.
I was called in for an interview with travel expenses paid for including a hotel to spend the night. During the interview I was asked basic technical questions and was also asked to bring my transcript which the hiring person went over.
Behavioral Questions. STAR format. 3 rounds. Hiring manager call. 2 calls with team members. Questions asked: Tell me about yourself. Describe a time you solved a problem. Tell me a time you worked on a team.
