I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at General Dynamics Information Technology (Lynn Haven, FL) in Aug 2016
Interview
Very cattle herding process, no drug test, 20 wpm typing text. Most were dressed as thugs, inappropriate attire, pants sagging and they were hired. Huh meet the initial interviewer who's asks basic customer experience questions, then they recommend you for hire, and then you speak to a recruiter regarding what hours you can work.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at General Dynamics Information Technology (Sandy, UT) in June 2017
Interview
I interviewed with Carol and Grant at the Sandy location. It was a pretty typical interview experience for a CSR position of this caliber; the recruiter couldn't even spell my name right. They bring you in and have you do a typing test. It's nothing serious - they just have you Google "typing test" and click one of the links. After that, I spoke w/the contact center supervisor about the job. After he told me he recommended that they hire me, we both spoke with the recruiter for a few minutes. They told me to apply for the job online and proceeded to do the thing where they look you in the eye and tell you they'll "for sure" contact you about it this week. If you aren't desperate for a job, don't bother wasting your time with them, and if you are desperate, well, don't apply because they won't respond to follow-up inquiries.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at General Dynamics Information Technology (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had a personal interview. I went from meeting with the HR department to find out if I was qualified for the position. I had to take a typing test to pass 20wpm to move to the next step. The next step was to have a 1-1 and read scripts, English/Spanish, then take a Spanish test. get results and go to get results. Either you pass or not to get the offer.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Dynamics Information Technology (London, KY) in Aug 2016
Interview
GDIT gave me a job offer the day I had an interview and when I reported to work they sent me home due to a background check. I previously worked for the company and had already went through this process and also was found eligible for unemployment by the State due to being terminated without cause.
