The overall process took 2-3 months. A recruiter reached out to me via email and initially screened me with a phone call. Then they elevated me to their manager. The first GDIT interview was scheduled 3 weeks later. I was then interviewed by a panel of people that now make up my team. I got the offer 1 week later.
