They called me about 3 days after I applied online and told me that they were interested in interviewing me for the position. They gave me a couple of options with dates and times and I chose accordingly. When I showed up for the interview I first had to sign out a visitors badge, then I waited for them. They looked at me like they didn't know why I was there, which was strange. They asked the gentleman if he was ready and I ended up being interviewed by another gentleman instead. He was very friendly and was impressed with my knowledge. He then asked if I would be comfortable leading my own team, in which I responded yes. We both went to the first gentleman and he replied that there were no senior positions available. He told me that the starting pay was $16 an hour and I stood up and thanked him for his time at which point he responded "let me see what I can do." About 5 minutes later he said "ok we can start you at $21 an hour, but that's the highest I can go with this position." So I accepted.
