Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to do an interview with some project managers. The interview was over the phone and it was about 45 minutes. They mainly asked about my experience and what tools I've used. They also gave me a scenario of a software problem and asked me how I would solve it.
Literally 10 minutes after the phone interview, I was then invited to interview on site. Once there, I was interviewed by the same people I talked to on the phone. This interview only took about 20 minutes. They gave me one technical problem and gave me a chance to ask questions. It seemed like they had already decide to send me an offer before the on-site interview since it didn't seem like they had any questions to ask me.

If you had to create a system composed of two components, where one component is the primary component for running an application and the other is the backup component that only activates when the primary system malfunctions, how would you setup this system?

Panel style interview with 4 interviewers. More of like talk about yourself and your experiences and projects. I did have some very freshman-sophomore college level programing questions but no leetcode coding style.

Interview
The interview process involved 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was 30 minutes. During this round, the technical manager provided an overview about the work the company does. We lightly went over my resume and I was asked behavioral style questions. The second round was a 1 hour panel interview with 5 team members. Each member gave an overview about their work, explained the type of work I would be doing, and asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Everyone was really friendly and made an effort to make sure I felt comfortable during each interview.

Short 30-minute behavioral interview with senior SWE and hiring manager. Mostly talked about the contract, then asked me about my experience and myself, then asked to do 2 insanely easy coding problems in vscode/editor. No technical questions, seems I was already pre-vetted.
