General Plastics & Composites interview questions

I got interview by 4 people. HR rep VP of Sales VP of Eng. and one of the Building Manager. It didn't make sense at all that a VP of sales would interview an Eng. They had two sets of two interview me. The big noticeable thing was the HR rep was there for 2 months and she had quit by the time I had started.
