Interview
Two weeks after my application I got a short screening interview with HR. Then I was given a week to work on a test case with some Kaggle dataset, by training and evaluating an ML model, and finally sharing with them the HTML made with my Jupyter notebook. After sending my test case work I was immediately contacted to schedule a technical interview to discuss my work. The interview went well, I was told to stay in touch, I was explained the many future interviews that the process required, and I was told they would get in touch with me. Then I never heard back even though I sent an email asking about the process after a couple of weeks. Finally, I received an automatic rejection email >4 months after the technical interview.

2 angenehme und respektvolle Bewerbungsgespräche mit 3 Generali Mitarbeitern. Es gab keine komischen Fragen seitens HR und das erste Gespräch war eher eine Vorstellung von der Firma selber. Beim zweiten Gespräch wurde detailliert nach konkreten Arbeitserfahrungen und strategischen Ansätzen in der neuen Rolle gefragt.
