3 Interviews, starting with a screening call with the Recruiter which was pretty nice and relaxed just to get to know each other, the position and the company. We had the first interview in German, the rest was in English. 2nd Interview with the CEO, well structured, challenging questions but still very nice impression. 3rd Interview with the CTO, also here a very well structured Interview, interviewer was very well prepared and it was easy to recognize that the CTO exactly knew what he was looking for, Someone to support with the critical & hard to fill positions. It was not expected to already have experience in IT Recruiting but the willing to understand the product, the tasks and responsibilities of the Engineers and learn the necessary vocabulary. We also had some time just to chat and find out if the interpersonal connection is also suitable, so the atmosphere was even it was a very challenging interview still very relaxed because of the interviewer.
