1st step was a personality assessment, followed by a behavioral interview with a recruiter. After passing that, you get a a python take home assessment and have one week to complete. Final round was a group interview where you work with a team to discuss and solve a business problem. Process took around 3 months.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked on a team project
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Genesis10 (Saint Paul, MN) in July 2022
Interview
You start with an informational session where you learn about Dev10. You then take a logic test, where you have a minimum threshold score to pass to the next level. If you pass, you then go to a 1-1 behavioral interview, and if you pass that, you complete a 2 week coding (front-end dev/HTML/CSS/JS) course. If you pass the final project on that, you then go to the final group interview. It was pretty straightforward, but I wish my recruiter was more up front the whole time. There were long periods of silence (a few weeks between when I finished the course and when I got invited to the group interview) and when there's a low acceptance rate (<5%) it's not something that I'd like to bet on when there are other job interviews. It happened to work for me, but I feel like more transparency would have made the whole process a lot less stressful.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Genesis10 (Minneapolis, MN) in June 2021
Interview
There were multiple stages to the interview.
First there was a presentation telling us what the Dev10 program looks like and expects from us.
Then there was a technical screening in the form of logic based questions.
After passing that there is a phone interview for behavioural screening.
Then there was a 2 week Web Development course that covered the basics of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
After that was the group interview where you had to come up with and present a business plan in small teams. This was to assess how well you worked on a team.
