I applied online. I interviewed at Genesis10 in Jan 2021
Interview
The first stage of the interview consists of a informative presentation given by the recruiter through a zoom call, there are probably around 30 other candidates on the call with you. After that if you choose to move forwards there is than a cognitive assessment that you have to pass. After you pass that their is a phone interview where the recruiter will ask you which location you want to located in and will give you a chance to ask questions. After this there is a behavioral interview via zoom. If you pass the behavioral interview, than you are required to complete a web dev course with a final project. They give you two weeks to complete this but if you have CS experience it will only take you around 3-4 days. If you pass the web dev course you then move on to the final step in the interview which is the group interview. In the group interview, you are on a zoom call with around 30-40 other candidates, you are split into groups of 5-6 and have to complete a given task. This interview takes a total of 4 hours and they are judging you on how well you perform in a team. If you pass this interview than you get an offer. This entire process can take 5-6 weeks and there is no technical interview.
