Was very surprised I had been selected to interview. I had difficulty submitting my online application and never received a confirmation that it went through. I took that as a sign so I did not try to apply again the next day from another computer. Fast forward a month later and I was asked to come downtown to their headquarters and meet a few of the team members for an interview. The interview went really well and I felt positive that I would make it to the next step in the hiring process. I was notified they decided to move ONLY internal candidates along in the hiring process. The hiring manager sent me a very gracious email complementing my work ethic and experience. Her kind words were very nice especially in this day and age were you're sent generic "No, Thanks" emails from the HR Dept.
