Several Interview rounds taken for Assistant Vice President position and when I have cleared all the rounds, they gave me offer letter for Senior Manager saying that they have given that AVP position to another person internally.

Interview
Interview process was seamless, right from the initial screening call until the final offer. I had three rounds of interviews. Two with AVPs and one with a VP. The entire process took less than two weeks including discussions with the HR.
