Very friendly, easy going and asked relevant questions regarding work experience and aspirations.

The interview process was very simple. They asked me a series of questions to where I answered them to the best of my ability. There were questions that made me think, and questions that I had a quick answer too. All and all it was an interview that I needed to prepare for and not just step in to.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Genpact (Bucharest, Bucuresti)
Interview
The interview took place in Genpact headquarter in Bucharest, with the recruiter that handed me a financial/analytic test, that I suppose to have done in maximum 45 minutes. Afterward, I was directly meeting the project manager for some interviews with basic questions and testing my languages communications skills since the position was specifically for the Spanish market.
