I was interviewed at Genpact for RPA Business Analyst position in Noida. I clearly mentioned my qualifications and expertise in my CV . I mentioned in the Technical rounds and Operations rounds that i am not a developer. I was through and selected in the Technical and operations rounds, however during the HR round, the HR dis-selected me stating that i don't have development experience. I was surprised as she was not the one to decide whether i was qualified for the role or not. She was suppose to discuss the salary in the HR round. She didn't even go through my CV.
