I participated in Genpact hiring process. It was on on-campus opportunity There were basically 3 rounds first a written test was conducted in which basic language related questions, english and aptitude questions were there and then they provided a list of shortlisted candidates. And then a GD(Group Discussion) round was conducted and after it those who cleared it were called for the interview. In interview their main focus was to check the confidence of the individual they asked questions related to my resume basic computer fundamental questions from dbms and os they asked about the projects that were mentioned in the resume and they asked some questions about the development and they asked some sql queries and the interview was over and after some days they released a list of final selected students

Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a 30–40 minute technical interview where I was asked to introduce myself, discuss my major projects, solve SQL queries, and perform live coding using Pandas and NumPy. They also tested OOPS, DBMS, ML/DL basics, and asked a few behavioral questions. The second round was a short HR interview covering strengths, teamwork, expectations, and preferred location.

Interview
I applied through the campus placement drive, which consisted of two rounds. The first round primarily focused on English skills such as communication and listening. The second round was a direct interview that began with questions about my resume and projects, though not in much depth. The main focus was on SQL and DBMS concepts. Neither I nor my friends were asked to write any code, so there was no need to worry about DSA for this role.
Although we got selected, I later received an offer from another company that provided a better package and role.
