simple easy, because they just want lower level employee with spm cert. If fulfilled their hand sweat test, color blind test, math test and height requirement will pass. minimum height is 152.5cm.

Interview
The interviewer will ask you about the mathematics questions like multiply and divide. It is not too difficult. The next session is more important about color blindness tests. If you fail that means you are not qualified.
