There was an initial phone call with someone from the office who went over the details of the job (being a recruiter) and why you might be interested in the job. Then, there's a phone call with the President of the company and he asks you similar why you're interested questions. Next, they bring you in for an in-person interview where you meet some of the team members and it's a very general personality-based interview. After that, they send you a written assignment, and then finally bring you back to meet the rest of the team.
