Interview
Two people at the same time. It was a skype call but without any camera, it was voice only. The woman was an HR person and the man was Technical Data Engineer working in London. This was the first and only interview I had. One day later the response was received and this response was a rejection.

Describe the advantages and disadvantages between Oracle SQL and MySQL
1st skype HR Interview - interviewer was late by 20-40mins
2nd skype Interview - interviews were late by 20-40 mins
They asked me very silly questions, wasted my time, were very rude, and they had no knowledge of the technologies for which they were recruiting. Also, they appeared racist and very unprofessional throughout the entire process.

there were no difficult questions, the interviewers had no apparent knowledge of the skills they were recruiting for and they did not appear very astute either.

Interview
Three Skype interviews: one technical, one with HR, & one with the founders. They are based in the Netherlands, but have offices elsewhere. Most of the questions were generic, even during the technical meeting. No white-boarding or pair programming, just talked through my CV and discussed their stack. All very nice and low-stress.
