Informal initial meeting with head of the team for introduction, in person interview for a morning with multiple rounds which were mostly conversation with some questions about work experience and fit for the role, received offer shortly following the in person interview
The HR Director did a pre-screening phone call. Then there were 2 in-person interviews. One was with a panel of 4 and another with 2 others at a later date.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Georgia Banking Company (Atlanta, GA) in June 2012
Interview
Phone interview with HR, then 2 hours of one-on-one interviews with management. Questions were straightforward, except one interview where every question was unrelated and often was very probing.
