I found the job and applied online and I immediately received a phone interview. The phone interview was standard basic questions. Next I received a call for an in person interview. When I arrived, everyone was friendly and the process was very organized. There were lots of behavioral questions

Submited my application online. It was nearly a mobth later that I recieived a phone call. First interview was by phone, the second was with two managers. Then background and drug test.
