Interview
Basic interview yes or no questions. The interview immediately follows up after taking the skill test which by the way is extremely easy. Anyways the interview is nothing more than just asking you simple questions on what your experience is and if you would be able to stand for more than 8 hours and if you would be able to work weekends when needed and possibly relocate or be put into a different position.

Interview
The assessment test is not difficult. They ask basic question and the interview question was hard at all. They give you 45 minutes for the test but you get done in 20 minutes. Then they call you for the interview depending on how well you do on the test
