I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific (Green Bay, WI) in June 2025
Interview
They wanted to know my experiences and what I was interested in. It was a virtual interview, and it was smooth and easy to set one up. They seemed interested in me as a person and what I wanted to do for a career.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Straight forward panel interview. Thankfully, I had a good idea of what the interviewers were looking for in a candidate and I was able to impressed them. Shortly after the interview I was offered the position. GP's interview consists mainly of situational questions. They do like a GPA of at least a 3.0, but that is not the only determining factor. And the reason for all of those situational questions is so that they can weed out those that do not align well with their MBM Guiding Principles. If you align with the principles and have proven experience implementing such initiatives in the past, then you are a prime candidate to be hired at GP.
