Had initial phone interview with the person I would report to mid-week, once we finished our conversation I was told they would like to meet me in person. HR contacted me about 4 days later, and I flew out for a 4-person 1-1 interview. Definitely read up on the MBM principles (or the book in it's entirety) and review behavioral interview questions. Many interviews will have 1-4 people each individually covering a specific aspect of the interview with a set of questions that they can choose from for each topic.
