I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Georgia-Pacific
Interview
I applied online and about a month later HR emailed me and setup a phone interview. It was mostly behavioral questions and about my interest in the position and any qualifications I had. They called me the next day to setup a phone call with the hiring manager which was all about my resume and interest in the position. The next day I got another call from HR to setup a on site interview. That interview was about 6 hours. I may and spoke with the plant manager, hiring manager, HR, and some process engineers. All behavioral questions and a plant tour. They were all very nice and open about the company. A few days later I got the offer.
Interviewed with recruiter with 2 weeks after online submit. Went very well and was pushed to do a video call with the hiring manager but took a couple of weeks with horrible communication on their part. Interview also went well, and was asked to do an in person interview and tour. Once again to over a month to get ahold of them to reconnect. Went in for tour and interview with 3 sections and I felt it went very well, they were very receptive and provided great feedback. The hiring manager said I would be hearing from them and no communication now for 2 months. I have reached out to the recruiter and to the hiring manager both. Im a professional and of course I moved on, but the demeanor of the higher process managers was horrible.
