Virtual with a hall director or upper management. You have to apply and then get chosen to interview obviously and it’s like max 30 minutes. You’ll have the usual tell me about yourself, describe your creative process or something creative you’ve done, what do you think about community, how do you build community, and how would you handle a situation where you disagreed with a decision your hall director made.

I had a virtual interview but some were also in person. The interview was about 15-30 minutes. I think they want to ensure that you are involved on campus as well and know how to handle conflicts.
