I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Geoweb Staffing (Houston, TX) in May 2025
Interview
This was an easy interview, but like the other one here, It was 10 minutes of what kind of work was I doing then off to a 20 minute presentation about Fixed based annuity IRA. I felt that this was more of a sales pitch. I will not continue to the second interview as it was going to focus more on the 401K aspects.
I should have ended the interview right when I saw the zoom share screen and it was pulled up to the linked in Jobs page that I can view for myself.
PowerPoint presentation was already geared up for the 401K discussion.
I applied online. I interviewed at Geoweb Staffing (Alpharetta, GA) in July 2023
Interview
Did a little research before hand about GeoWeb-Hr to as something didn't seem right on my initial call with them. The person I was supposed to meet and talk with just so happened couldn't make the call. So someone (investment guy) gave the interview. There was a little chit-chat up front about getting a job. Then it went straight into the 401K presentation to transfer to IRA. I've been out of work for 8 months and have put in for over 265 jobs. I have 26 years of experience in the telecom industry. This is a little disheartening that a company is more focused on your 401K than actually getting you a job. If they do me a job I'll come back and update this.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Geoweb Staffing (Houston, TX) in Mar 2022
Interview
Interview went well, but details on the position were scarce. After asking more questions I learned the position offered was actually a marketing position advertised as an administrative assistant. Received offer same day.
