Gesture interview questions

Did an initial screening interview then did an coding assessment for a manual qa role (Why was that necessary?). Was ghosted after submitting assessment. Not sure what else to say.

15 min Phone Interview, then a 30 min virtual interview with Hiring Manager, then potentially informal in person interview for cultural fit. Was able to ask a lot of informative questions in 2nd interview. They were hiring for an intern but felt like they need more senior people.
