Interview
You start with 3 interview phone calls from different managers and even the VP of Beyond. After you pass the interview phone calls you will get an offer to meet with the manger you will be working for in person. Beyond was very professional through out the interview process and they make sure you understand what you have to do to become successful.

What did you sale in your previous job and how you managed it.
Pretty simple just a run down of the business and what they offer. Comp packages and what type of experience do you have which would be beneficial for the business

Interview
There were many steps to the interview process. The hiring manager would constantly text and call me. I met with the CEO on Zoom several times. They both told me I was getting hired (it's commission only). The hiring manager even took me out to lunch and went out of her way to explain the offer letter process. She told me to wait for my offer letter to arrive after the HR person got back from vacation... Never got an offer letter. Never heard from any of them again. Very unprofessional.
