Task based exercise - a couple of days to prepare which included ARR analysis, looking at sales enablement space and prioritisation of strategy and roadmap. Then an unplanned question and Q&A. (I successfully passed this stage then asked for another chat with the CEO then decided to withdraw after I got another offer)
It would have then been a visit with the team in Malmo.
