Got contacted directly by a recruiter at GetGround, giving information about every step of the interview process. The interview process was fast, giving one tech task to do over the week, and afterwards a review with the engineering team and an interview with the CTO to finish the process, everything in one week.

The interview process was composed by: HR Interview, Tech Challenge, Tech Interview, Final Round (three 30 minute calls with Talent VP, Director of Engineering and CTO) There was a lot of instructions to prepare well for these interviews. And after each of them there was a lot of detailed feedback

On the final round interviews there were questions with these goals: - understand if the candidate has a desire and a plan to grow and improve - understand if the candidate understand the company values and give examples when he applied them - understand if the candidate's previous experiences improved his capacity to give and receive feedback

Interview
1. The interview process started with an initial call with a recruiter - getting to know the company and introducing myself
2. And a second interview with an engineer - my background and work experience
3. Next, there was a tech assignment (~2 hours) - implement a service: API (java, go, other) + database design
4. Followed by a tech review of my submission with the backend engineering team - explaining my decisions and answering some questions about improvements
5. Two more meetings regarding company values + company goals
6. Finishing it off with an interview with the CTO
