3 steps with different levels. It wasnt that difficult. They really care about your desire to work for Getir. They gave detailed info about company, equip and position. It was not a long process.

Recruitment agency reached out on Linkedin for the role. They have sent general aptitude test. This is a weird approach for this kind of companies actually if you are not a new grad and applying with thousands of applicants. Which is also weird cuz they have reached out to you. They have communicate via whatsapp and never got back any answer basically ghosted. Never able to talk about the role and competencies.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Getir (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Completed a phone interview with a recruiter and then was "ghosted" for a month. Another team member reached out a month later, apologized for the mix up and scheduled a second interview. After that interview the second recruiter also failed to finish or close out the recruitment process.
