Phone interview about intro to company asked about my history skills amd had to take a small test about specific job duties with description and updated resume and accepted second interview via video call

I had my first interview, then was moved to do a second interview. Interview went great but I never heard back from them! I emailed and called and no one got back to me. I think it’s very unprofessional to just ignore someone! They could have least got back with me to let me know they decided to move forward with another candidate.
