After an initial get-to-know-you meeting, I was given a home assignment.
This was followed by a small live coding session and a technical interview about the assignment with two engineers. The discussion was very technical and focused on getting the code ready for production.
Finally, several open discussions with product and engineering managers as well as the VP of Product. The meetings were very pleasant and all people were very nice, but as usual with open interviews it is difficult to get a good feeling on how you are doing.
My Talent Acquisition Manager was really nice, responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the process.
All in all, a very pleasant process that could perhaps be a little more streamlined.
