Phone interview then in person. Friendly interviews and very relaxed. Took a tour around the office and met the current employees then had a 30 minute interview with the mech manager

Reached out by HR which led to 30 minute introductory call. Another interview took place two weeks later with Hiring manager which was more technical. Received offer the next week.
