one on one with manager on site walk around the building and displaying office space/ amenities gets into the the personal details such as where applicant is from/ background in the applied role. How the applicants past experiences have prepared them for this role. What weaknesses and how might to improve.

I had a screening call about a month ago and never received any update or feedback. Considering Ghirardelli’s reputation as a prestigious company, I believe communication with candidates could be improved.
