They ghosted me after an in-person interview and ignored all my follow-up. Otherwise, it was a pretty normal interview and people were nice. Asked about my clerking experience and expectations and understanding of big law.

The hiring committee at Gibbons is great! Very casual and easy conversations rather than a rigid interview. That being said, every employee should be fully prepared to speak on behalf of his/her resume.
