Interview
Met with 6 people via zoom. It was a bizarre process, almost as if they didn't know how to interview for the position and that they weren't quite sure what the position entailed. First people I met with were nice, but when I met with the Managing Attorney the Director of the Managing Attorney's Office, it got strange. They were both very late, didn't seem to understand what I was telling them about my experience and they seemed to have an inside joke I wasn't aware of, almost like they thought they were too cool to work with me. The MOA in particular was so bizarre, at one point he just stared at me. I mean it was just odd. I had an overall bad feeling afterwards and knew I didn't want to work there. I really wanted the job, but I didn't want to work with either of them.

Interview
The interview process was generally positive—the interviewers were very nice, the interview felt pretty conversational, and the questions were standard. It seemed to go very well, and they said they would keep me posted, but then never responded to any of my followup emails or contacted me to tell me they had chosen someone else.
