Interview
HR Manager will call you for the initial interview, then the HR VPwill follow up with second interview. Then the varsity department heads will interview you. If they are interested, they will ask you to "test out" for couple days (not guarantee employment!!!)

Interview
Applied online. Phone interview. Met with recruiter. Excel test. Second interview with manager and VP of the team. Third interview is a 4 hour "shadow" with the team you will join. Even with over 10 years of work experience, they do not consider it and will only offer you "entry" level pay.
