Gibson Plumbing interview questions

Was asked to make a Youtube video for selection. Never heard anything back...then later I was contacted by the Director of Procurement that was hired and asked to apply for a lesser position. No courtesy and unprofessional. You can definitely tell this is a white boy club. They lack diversity and communication.
