Gibsons Restaurant Group Server/Waiter interview questions

Interview process was done well and professionally, however they made things unclear as of what they wanted out of me. They were somewhat so stuck on presence & I felt as an interviewer there was no room for camaraderie or being interpersonal, which is important while interviewing. Kept my resume and called me nearly 6 months later, I assume for patio season
