Interview
Interviewer seemed unprepared and unprofessional. Did not explain/elaborate on the company or role in anyway during the entire discussion. Finished the interview with a pseudo-intellectual hypothetical and seemed almost annoyed when I answered the question correctly.

If you were shrunk down small enough to fit inside a bowl, how would you get out?
20-minute phone interview, followed by a 40-minute in-person interview with HR a few days later. In-person interview felt more casual than formal, but interviewer took copious notes on her laptop.

Interview
It is obvious that they are highly interested in hiring for cultural fit and overall willingness to learn and innovate. Be prepared to answer some seemingly “silly” questions that don’t have a “correct” answer, but rather share how quickly you can think on your feet and how confident you are in your answers. Have specific examples in mind in regards to your leadership style, or marked track record of driving for results.
