The manager was nice, could be intimidating, but overall a nice guy. Asks about three questions and looks for commitment and flexibility. The other employees seemed noce, but come prepared and have a good personality. Looking for someone who isn't shy but also not looking to add a lot more employees to the group. Everyone seems close so teamwork skills is important. Experience is preferred.
