The process is very simple: the Aptitude Assessment (IQ test), the Technical Assessment (coding), boom! You're hired/rejected. No chat with a human. I easily completed the first assessment, received congratulations, and was invited to complete the second assessment. As a result, I received an email that stated my current assessment result does not meet the minimum requirements for further progression. They also recommend to reapply in 3 months. For real? Since I know that my solution was far above any minimal, covering edge cases, etc., I feel like it was a very automated process under incompetent surveillance. I'll barely apply again. The assessments themselves aren't designed well, the instructions may say "multiple choices questions" but in fact the UI lets you select only 1 option.
