I had only 2 video interviews for this position, technically, all was good. The strange thing was that before the interview, they refused me, and after 10 days, they invited mete me back. The first one was with the HR from the 3rd party Company, the second with someone from the Main company. The second interview was ok except for the need for the company to visit the office for this role. Even though they told me that my expectations of the salary could be fully met and also exceeded after the second video call, no one contacted me further, and the vacancy was updated a few days ago. I'm not sure for who they look but pretty sure not a support specialist.
