Interview
I had 4 very friendly interview steps:
1) Mainly motivational and about my previous experience and background
2) I spoke with the lead backend developer also about my previous experience and objectives
They asked me to solve at least 4 puzzles on the coderloop platform, the majority of them are about data structures and algorithms.
3) A week after the submission of puzzles I had a technical interview discussing my solutions and motivating choices made in them.
4) After 4 days I had interview with another member of the team and it was about company values.

Question 1
The platform reject any kind of trivial solution so they must scale to be considered correct.

Interview
I had to complete at least 5 quizzes they game me. I submitted the solutions using an automated platform that accept/reject them based on the scalability and how well written they were. Once I got 5 quizzes solved they scheduled an interview with me where we discussed my solutions. They give me an additional problem to solve. After that I had an interview with a Product Manager and the CEO. I got an offer after few days from the first interview.
