The interview process was good, the timing of the interview stayed within the allotted time. The call back of final decision took a while. The process of getting hired was good.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences (London, England) in May 2026
Interview
Initial screening call with recruiter (30 mins) followed by 1 hour interview with the hiring manager a week and a half later. Felt interview went really well with my profile and experience matching the role requirement including expertise in a specific domain. Heard nothing back despite several requests for an update. Then out of the blue on a Sunday morning (3 weeks after second interview), I received an impersonal automated email from Workday advising that after a review of my background and experience, they would not be moving forward with my application. Why was I asked to interview then?!!! I find it very unprofessional to not have the courtesy to send an applicant a personal email update, especially after making them wait for a response for 3 weeks. Needless to say my email to the recruiter requesting feedback was unanswered. I would not recommend.

Interview
One screening with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, one interview in person, one interview with CIO. Process quite fiddly because the recruiter was working not core working hours and the time of wait for the next stage was long
