I started off trying to apply for the Software Development Co-op, which was filled quickly by someone internally. When this happened, I also noticed that they were recruiting for customer service, and asked the HR representative if I could fill that. She told me that with my background that they were looking for an Engineering Intern and that I could apply for that. I had a phone interview first, followed by an in person interview with the HR representative and then the customer service manager second. Everyone was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way.
