Gilmore Global interview questions

Easy. They wanted smeone to stay. It is a very trainable job. However, one needs to be ablevto handle 200 emsils/day. Interview process was pretty casual , a standard good I terview. They talked more than listened. Development and advancement and salary increases dont happen here. Many employees complained tbey made thevsame they did 15 years ago. Awful!

Normally the big boss takes you to her/his office and goes on explaining what a great place it is to work for. They ask NO questions regarding skills/knowledge, not even the most basic questions like: what are your strengths/weakness? Poorly structured interview since the employer really doesn't try to understand you background or if your suitable for the job. If they need a position filled they will fill regardless of your experiences.
