      Landscape Manager Interview

      Declined offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ginger Valley (Granger, IN) in Mar 2010

      Interview

I interviewed for this company in a 2 step process. The first step consisted of a 1:1 interview in which I was interviewing for a landscape manager position. It seemed that the interview went well. They asked about my background and wanted to know wanted to know what I could do for them. It was mentioned that they probably didn't want to hire me for the position I applied for, but for a landscape designer. They were going to pay in the 30's. I should have realized not to go to a second interview then and ask what the range was. Second interview was a panel and consisted of a stress test. It was in this that they darted questions at me. I did well in this also.
